Delivery within New Zealand
All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Delivery charges cover standard packaging, delivery and insurance. Further packaging (if required) will be at additional cost.
Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays, orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days.
We will email you a confirmation and a quote for the delivery cost, on the receipt of your order.
Once you have accepted the delivery cost by return email or phone, we will ship your order upon confirmation of payment into our bank account.
The delivery cost will need to be paid separately via internet banking.
If you decide not to continue with the transaction due to the item being out of stock or unacceptable shipping costs, your order will not be processed.
We use a signature required courier service for all orders throughout New Zealand. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind of both ourselves and the customer. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the courier’s office or depot.
We offer competitive shipping rates and send stock throughout New Zealand.
To achieve this, a secondary payment after checkout is required.
Our delivery rates are based on actual or volumetric weight whichever is greater of each individual item. Cubic conversion is 200kg/m3

Local/Outer Auckland: Up to 25Kg $5.00
Regional: Up to 25Kg $7.00 – $17.00
Upper North Island: Up to 25Kg $8.00 – $43.00
Lower North Island: Up to 25Kg $8.00 – $44.00
2 Day Inter Island: Up to 25Kg $10.00 – $72.00
South Island Overnight: Up to 25Kg $16.00 – $215.00
Rural Delivery anywhere in NZ Additional $5.50
Please note that delivery rates offered in store, may differ.
If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org your destination and we will provide you with a shipping cost, if possible. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer. Once you have accepted the freight cost and paid in full, your order will be dispatched. All delivery costs will be quoted in New Zealand dollars.
Shibui Interiors will not include (within the shipping quotes provided) any extra costs (import or customs taxes) that may occur within your receiving country.
Under International Customs Laws we are unable to send prohibited goods such as wooden items, cane items, food items or goods that may be considered dangerous eg. Knife sets, internationally. We will notify you of these BEFORE sending your order.
ONLINE ORDER PICK UP
You can order online and pick up from our store located in Mount Eden. Once we have received the payment, we will have your order ready to be collected.
